Eric Wong is Chris’s brother, a devoted husband, a US Army officer, a StrengthsFinder coach, and a graduate of the US Military Academy at West Point. Over his 12 years of military service, Eric has been deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan, Niger, Chad, and Haiti. Through his experiences in the military, Eric has gained valuable principles, a relentless work ethic, and an innovative problem-solving mentality that he directly applies to Ascendant Investments. Eric started his investing journey at the age of 23 when he bought his first house to live in and rented out the extra bedrooms.

With the passive income from those roommates, Eric was able to pay off the house in six years—and he has been hooked on real estate investing ever since! At the age of 32, Eric had acquired seven single-family residences and over 800+ acres across the nation, and decided it was time to move into the multi-family investing space. Devoted to achieving early retirement and helping others find financial freedom, he began dedicating his free time and daily efforts to becoming as educated as possible in the multi-family domain. Through his reading, researching, and self-study, Eric came across Vinney Chopra—a man with an infectiously positive attitude and a massive multi-family portfolio amassed in a few short years.
